Our CIP Services allows you and your accompanying guest to enjoy a convenient meet-and-greet service in the main terminals of Changi Airport .
Location
Asia ’s first standalone luxury CIP terminal is conveniently located next to Terminal 2 at Changi Airport . With a separate driveway and entrance positioned away from the hectic passenger traffic areas of the two main terminal buildings. The 2,000 square meter CIP terminal provides the highest level of luxury and convenience through its superlative suite of services, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.
Lounge
The CIP terminals five star lounge features extensive cosy seating and amenities such as in-built tabletop PCs that allows you to work or relax in ultimate comfort. Wi-fi access is available throughout to keep you connected while you’re on the go. Two landscaped outdoor patios are available for smoking or relaxing with a cool drink.
Business
Virtual office facilities are available through our Business Centre, Meeting Rooms and Transit Conference Room at the CIP lounge. These areas are equipped with full business amenities, tailored to meet your demanding work needs.
Dining
The CIP lounge bistro offers you a buffet of light snacks to a sumptuous a-la-carte selection of gourmet meals that are available at any hour of the day or night. Our bar is also fully stocked with a selection of popular wines, champagne and spirits.

The CIP mini-gym is a great place to destress with state of the art equipment. If you’re looking for a more pampering way to destress, treat yourself to a selection of deluxe services including massage and foot reflexology at the spa. From the moment you alight from your car or limousine at our facility , you are greeted by our maitre’d , that seats you in the lounge while our service representative takes your bags , tickets and passport to perform your check-in and initial ICA pre-clearance. During the time normally spent waiting in lines , you are able to browse the internet on our terminals or via WiFi connection, enjoy a light meal , use the business centre , or even get in a quick run , take a shower , or enjoy a spa treatment . When it is time to board the plane , a representative will come to collect you , take you through the in-house immigration check , and onto a waiting buggy to your departure gate .
Changi Airport Service Types
CIP travelers are entitled to book their choice of arrival and departure services at the airport: Gateway, Quayside and Jetside
Gateway service provides an end-to-end escort through Changi terminals one and two, with transport by electric buggy in the airside part of the terminal.
Travellers using this service will know that they are being taken care of throughout all the processes between the plane and their ground transportation. This is an excellent service for convention delegates, visiting guests from out of town, unaccompanied minors, and other passengers requiring special care and attention inside terminal one and two.
For arrivals, you are met at the airbridge, assisted with your carry-on luggage, put onto an electric buggy, taken to immigration, assisted at the baggage reclaim and led on to your ground transportation.
For departures, you are met at the curbside closest to your check-in counter (or near bus or MRT for public transport passengers), then you are assisted with your check-in and carry-on bags, led to the check-in area, led through immigration, and then taken via buggy to your lounge or departure gate.
Quayside service
allows for travelers to use the exclusive CIP terminal, with its private drive-in entrance and exit, five-star facilities and in-house check-in and immigration services.

Relax in our lounge while we retrieve the checked bags as they are unloaded from the containers, when the bags arrive, you are placed into a waiting limousine or car to the city.
Jetside service
is our premium service for the truly elite traveler, offering travelers on commercial carriers’ private jet level services.
The moment your plane arrives, you are transported via limousine on the tarmac to our exclusive CIP terminal, allowing you to bypass the crowded terminal environment altogether, and get direct access to and from the air bridge in total privacy. Given the numerous security clearance arrangements needed for this type of service, it is a privilege reserved for the true travelling elite.
